Terms and Conditions:
- Enjoy Free 1 night Introductory Stay at Fernloft (Malaysia, KL) with minimum 2 nights stay at any branch in Fernloft (Singapore) (3 branches).
- Free stay is for Fernloft Kuala Lumpur 24-bedded dorm only, priced @ RM 25/night/bed. Guests may pay the difference to upgrade the room / bed types.
- Free Stay is only for 1 night in Fernloft Kuala Lumpur, regardless of how many nights the guests stay in Fernloft (Singapore).
- This promotion is subject to availability and email confirmation from Fernloft (Singapore).
- A non-refundable admin fee of S$5 is applicable to confirm this promotion.
- Guests may choose to stay in Fernloft (Malaysia) prior to staying at Fernloft (Singapore). In this case, a booking fee of RM12 may be paid at Fernloft (Malaysia) upon checking in.
- Booking fee is not a deposit and is not allowed to be offset the cost of their extended stay in KL.
- Prevailing Published Rates applies after the free 1 Nite Stay.
- All other existing Fernloft booking policies shall apply.

With effect from 1st Jan 2011, rates for guests staying for only a month will increase by $50 for all room types.

Booking Policy
Checking In/Out Times
Check on time: 1400hrs
Check out time: 1200hrs
Late Turn Up
Fernloft will not honour the following bookings:
•Guests who book without deposit and are late for 1 hour
•Guests who book with deposit and are late for 3 hours or more, unless fully paid up
For reservations without time indication, we will take it as the check in time is at 1400hrs.
There will be NO refunds on these deposits made.
Reservation Policy
For normal bookings: 10% or 1 day deposit (whichever is higher) should be collected from guest to confirm a reservation.
For group bookings: 50% deposit will be collected to confirm the reservation and the rooms will be reserved for the group.
Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings:
•Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation notice of less than 72 hours (3 days) (excluding the check in date )
•For deposits made Via Hostelworld / Hostelbookers or via any external website platform (except Paypal), deposits are strictly non-refundable.
•For deposits made via Paypal, deposits can be refunded, less 5% administrative charges.
For group bookings:
•For cancellation notice of less than 7 days, full deposit is forfeited.
•For cancellation notice of more than 7 days, deposit may be refunded after deducting 10% of the total invoice price for administrative charges.
Non Acceptance of Children and Locals
•We do not accept children of less than 12years old in our dormitory unless it is booked excluysively for your guests only.
•We do not accept local residents.
•Fernloft reserves the right to reject your reservation or bookings, without any refund, if you pose a threat or nuisance to our hostel.
